LOGIN AND REGISTRATION

• Register in the app by providing your email address and creating a unique password. You can also log in with your data from the online ticket sales portal - bilety.polregio.pl. The app and the portal create a coherent system of online ticket sales for POLREGIO train services.
• Answer the question if you have any discounts for train travel, and if so, select them. This will allow you to enjoy cheaper train journeys throughout Poland!
• Provide your date of birth so that we can better match your entitlements to discounts. Some special offers depend on age.
• Add your first and last name. The data you provide is secure and only used to issue the ticket. All carriers require the passenger's name to be included on the ticket.
• And it's done! Now you can freely search our database of railway connections, timetables, and travel wherever you want!

TICKET PURCHASE IN THE APP

• Add your departure and destination stations. Choose from 1900 stations where POLREGIO trains stop. You can also add an intermediate station to your route.
• Search for a connection at the most convenient time and cost for you!
• You can add an option to transport items and animals to your ticket.
• Now, simply choose the payment method - credit card or BLIK, and it's done!

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

• By selecting "Stations" from the menu, you can check the scheduled arrivals and departures from your chosen railway station.

HISTORY

• In the "My Tickets" tab, you can check your entire history of previously purchased tickets for regional trains in POLREGIO.

We have created this offer for those who do not like to travel alone. If you are traveling with one or two people to the same destination station, on the same train, you can take advantage of our discount. The first person buys a one-time ticket at the normal fare or with a statutory discount. For the remaining persons, tickets are about 30% cheaper than the normal fare.

REGIOkarnet
One ticket for travel throughout Poland - three days without restrictions! REGIOkarnet is a personalized ticket that entitles you to an unlimited number of journeys on REGIO trains. With REGIOkarnet, you can use it for three days of your choice within two consecutive months.

REGIOkarta
A personalized discount card for frequent travelers.
- About 30% discount on single tickets in any direction (RAZEM tariff).
- About 15% discount on periodical and network tickets (RAZEM tariff).
An annual REGIOkarta costs PLN 175, and a semi-annual one costs PLN 105.
* In case the validity period of your REGIOkarta has expired or is approaching the end, you can buy another one with a 20% discount, which means an annual one for PLN 140 and a semi-annual one for PLN 85.
